Median value is 2.00, which indicates that 50% of participants respondents are towards the maximum number of people allowed to live in this country and 50% of participants believe is towards the few people allowed to come. Mode value is 2, which indicates that maximum number of participants believes that some people should be allowed to live in this country regardless of their race and ethnic background. Kurtosis value is -4.5, which is less than 3. In above test, if the kurtosis value failed to cross the value of 3, it consider distribution of platykurtic (McCarthy et al. 2019). Therefore, the dataset is a platykurtic distribution. By focusing on gender aspect, value of mean is 1.53. This mean value states that on average survey members of the research gender is male. Alternative Hypothesis (H1): Employees in France and Britain feels that they have complete control over their work (p>0.05)

Figure 11: t-test

In an independent sample test, the dependent variable is the feeling of workers regarding their work and the grouping variable is the country where this test has been chosen, France and Britain. The p-value form the t-test table depicts that 0.215. In context of t-test when p-value cannot achieve level of significance (0.05), it chooses a null hypothesis (Priyastama, 2020). In this test, p-value cannot cross the 0.05 level. Therefore, this test indicates that employees in France and Britain feel that they have no control over their work.
