I have realized that my reporting skills are very poor and that has been impacting my studies. I have identified this particular weakness as it became a major challenge for me as I am facing various issuers while constructing answers in the exams. I will develop certain time management skills such as planning, decision making, delegation, outsourcing tasks and setting of short term and goal term goals so that I can effectively manage my time while doing all the activities and can ensure that I am on the track.
