Question 1

I have realized that my reporting skills are very poor and that has been impacting my studies. I have identified this particular weakness as it became a major challenge for me as I am facing various issuers while constructing answers in the exams. However, I have made certain strategies that will help me improve my reporting skills such as planning, research, analysis and editing (Indriyanti et al. 2018). I need to practise writing every day and maintain consistency which will help me to develop an understanding through my writing. I need to focus on researching different topics so that I can increase my knowledge which will help me to present a good report.

Question 2

There are various ways that will provide support and help me to improve my reporting skills such as online videos, workshops, lecturers, seminars, online programs and courses. However, I would prefer to seek support from online courses and programs to understand how to conduct research properly. These courses provide the basic and important tips for researching on a particular topic. The courses explain the entire process of report writing such which will help to collect data from different sources and further analyze those using different methods. It will help me to understand which method of data analysis needs to be done and how to analyze qualitative and quantitative data. The courses will help me to provide reliable, validated, relevant and objective information to the report.

Question 3

I will develop certain time management skills such as planning, decision making, delegation, outsourcing tasks and setting of short term and goal term goals so that I can effectively manage my time while doing all the activities and can ensure that I am on the track.
