In the future, I would like to see myself as a manager of the organization. Moreover, I can say that I have good communication skills, leadership quality, and future vision which can help me to lead the organization as well as motivate the employees by ensuring that they can perform more efficiently. In the current marketplace, it has been seen that the “unskilled labor, imperfection, lack of labor reforms and lack of absorption of skilled labor” are challenges that affect the work culture.
A flexible labor market can help to keep costs down for the organization. As an opportunity, the organization can hire more skilled employees through the information. As a manager, I can get future opportunities as compared to my present scenarios such as getting higher payments with personal growth and development.

The manager in the organization is responsible post, and as manager, I will take three steps that will help to improve the organizational performance. The three steps will be “establish effective communication, make planning for short term and long term goals and skill development programs for employees”. Effective communication in the organization will help the collaboration of employees and management which will beneficial for mitigating the employee's issues. Short-term and long-term planning will be beneficial for the organization to achieve its goals (Onag et al. 2021).
