My Strengths:

Strengths are considered positive skills and character traits that are involved in an individual on a large basis. Good skills in the managers can help to lead the organization. As a strength, I have good leadership qualities, practical communication skills, and a focus on creating a healthy workplace in the organization. I observed that such kinds of skills are highly required for managers.

My interests:

A manager in the organization is a higher post who is involved in the decision-making process, planning, and controlling. My interest as a manager is that I would like to lead the company through a good decision-making process. In my interest, I would like to motivate the juniors as well as employees of the organization for generating better outcomes (Pinto. 2021).

My values:

I have seen that some values are highly required in managers which are “communication, vision, empowerment and development, and respect”. I have effective communication skills and a future vision which can be beneficial for me as well as for the organization. I follow discipline in my personal life as well as in the workplace, and I have seen that discipline in the workplace promotes the work culture as well as enhances the employee's performance.

Step 2

Pursuing for future career

In the future, I would like to see myself as a manager of the organization. The organization manager is a highly responsible post that involves all types of activities such as the “making of planning, decision-making process, controlling” of the organization. Moreover, I can say that I have good communication skills, leadership quality, and future vision which can help me to lead the organization as well as motivate the employees by ensuring that they can perform more efficiently. I have seen that ineffective communication, problem-solving tactics, and decision-making process can affect the areas of work in the future (Rubens et al. 2020).

Labor market information to interpret the challenges

Data about the employment labor supply and demand and demography of the labor force can be used as a piece of information to analyze the current challenges. In the current marketplace, it has been seen that the “unskilled labor, imperfection, lack of labor reforms and lack of absorption of skilled labor” are challenges that affect the work culture.

Labor market information to interpret the opportunities

 A flexible labor market can help to keep costs down for the organization. As an opportunity, the organization can hire more skilled employees through the information. As a manager, I can get future opportunities as compared to my present scenarios such as getting higher payments with personal growth and development.

Step 3

Three steps will take to get into this career

The manager in the organization is responsible post, and as manager, I will take three steps that will help to improve the organizational performance. The three steps will be “establish effective communication, make planning for short term and long term goals and skill development programs for employees”. Effective communication in the organization will help the collaboration of employees and management which will beneficial for mitigating the employee's issues. Short-term and long-term planning will be beneficial for the organization to achieve its goals (Onag et al. 2021).
