I will use first era circle model and implement this model to analyze on the learning style, researching, evaluating, incorporating and academic writing.

It can lead to my improvement. The era cycle has three cycle. The first one is the experience which explains what happened and how the situation occurred. It will give me an idea about who were involved in the situation and what was their reaction. The next stage is the reflection stage. It describes how my situation at that point was and do I need to improve at that point of time.
