Data Collection Method

The data collection will be conducted in accordance with the explanatory mixed-methods research design. In this case, quantitative data will be collected by use of an online survey that will be conducted on 101 Amazon customers with the purpose of determining the demographic details of the customers, whether they have any knowledge of Amazon's CSR efforts, and if these efforts have had any influence on brand loyalty. The primary data will be accumulated with the help of a voluntary and structured interview with the experts in CSR, who work for Amazon, as well as with customers who invested in the Amazon shares.
