The entire team of Human Resources Management may work on the procedure of candidate recruitment with proper verification of candidates’ personal information, which is taken from candidates. Additionally, every candidate is selected as per their management skill and project planning techniques for healthcare organizations. Every employee in the healthcare organization is required to monitor his or her working efficiency, quality and quantity. Additionally, measuring candidate performance is helping in calibrating every goal, which are provided insights and it is helping to strengthen the relationship with their organization. As stated by Reeves et al. (2020), monitoring and supporting employees in their daily working activities is helping in measuring and evaluating their working efficiency. Henceforth, it may mitigate their responsibilities and accomplish targeted objectives.

HR help employees in their difficult situation by providing ideas to chalk out their career. Moreover, it may help employees in planning as well as achieving targeted objectives. In a case, if any staff wants a promotion from their designation, then HR help them in identifying their weaknesses and strengths by which employees can improve their working and personal skill in the future (Doherty, 2020). On the other hand, different challenges such as “Avoiding Change Management to implement systems”, lack of leadership commitment” and “Absence of Integration” are faced while supporting and monitoring employees in healthcare settings (World Health Organization, 2019). The “Continuous Professional Development” may enable HR in focusing on the healthcare sector, which can involve prominently enhancing the professional development procedure. Additionally, employees are provided with some professional development activities in terms of improving working efficiency and working style. Additionally, there are some reasons, which are selected by HR for monitoring employees such as protecting resources, improving productivity and safeguarding employees (Nittari et al. 2020). Henceforth, employees are motivated to do work and are eager in working effectively in the healthcare sector.

CPD plan involved identifying plans and recording learning. It refers to the development of the plan undertaken that enables to develop professional development in a career. According to Agha (2022), the development of the plan for the healthcare setting requires a roadmap to achieve goals. CPD requires assessment of current situations, which enables to enhance the professional development Current situation identification, enables to evaluate of self -a capability that renders professional growth which consequently enables to develop of the goals in healthcare settings. A development plan without measuring progress ultimately leads to the ruin of the developmental plan.

Relationship between Ethical and Legal responsibilities while recruiting candidates

Both ethical and legal responsibilities are made up of guidelines and rules which are helping to encourage social cooperation. Different types of principles of ethical guidelines such as Autonomy, Beneficence, non-maleficence and Justice are followed by the healthcare organization. Additionally, those are helping to protect employees from treating properly with their employees (Plöthner et al. 2019). On the other hand, legal responsibilities such as taking care of patients, providing safe working practices, following the False Claim Law and having the right in accessing patients’ records are required to provide to the healthcare staff (Patel et al. 2019). Henceforth, employees can work effectively and provide treatment as well as care to the patients. The False Claim Law is one kind of federal law, which is referred to making a crime such as intentionally making false patient record. Henceforth, it can affect the entire working system in healthcare organizations.

The major differences identified between legal and ethical responsibilities such as legal standards are helping the organization in taking legal steps if any kind of uncertain event has happened (Kaplan, 2020). The Employment law is helping the healthcare staff in creating a string bond with other coworkers and reducing organizational disputes (Legislation.gov.uk. 2018). On the other hand, the ethical responsibilities such as ethical actions that are taken by the healthcare staff for providing treatment or care to the patients. Moreover, it is dependent on the staff's rights as well as wrongs.

The mandatory training required for the applicants in my own healthcare organization in proper techniques that can be used in maintaining the health and safety policies. The applicants are required to learn hand washing techniques at regular intervals, clean the working place, avoid contamination of materials, and wear a clean dress to the organization, (Gordon et al. 2019). According to LSBF, (2022), the major benefits of a CPD plan for the team are retention of the skilled and qualified employees and enabling the company to be updated with the changing demand of the customer.

Benefits of individuals for planning CPD

The benefits of the CPD plan are improving and enhancing the learning abilities of the employees and promoting the culture of independent learning in the organization. According to Bates and Morgan (2018), there are mainly seven elements in the process of effectively developing professional skills in a continuous manner. These are focusing on the content, active learning, collaboration, effective practices by educators, support by coaching, reflection and feedback, and sustained duration. As stated by Manley et al. (2018), CPD in the setting of healthcare helps the HR practitioners in the medical field to acquire skills that are relevant and effective for delivering person-centered and safe care.
