Felling, evaluation, analysis, conclusion and action plan. Referring to the Gibbs reflective model, during working on consulting project of LSST, my experience throughout the process is enjoyable as I able to learn about several new things about the company, its internal and external factors that creates challenges in the competitive environment (Adeani, Febriani and Syafryadin, 2020). During working on the consulting project, I experience a communication gap within the team members; it leads to impact the successful completion of project. During the project, several team members’ works and all have different opinion and understandings. Due to unclear communication some members faced issue in understanding their part of work at the time of discussing responsibilities. This communication gap leads to creates several barriers such as delay in the project.

During working on the consulting project my time-management skill got enhanced in an efficient manner. The skill refers to the ability of wisely and correctly using the time (Wilson, Joiner and Abbasi, 2021). Working on the consulting project requires long working hours, to manage the work-life balance, time- management is important. The enhancement of the time-management skill aids me to complete my part of work on the time without getting any pressure, workload or stress. Effective time-management skill enhances my productivity as well as performance during the consulting project. In future collaboration, I will use the time-management skill to effectively done my work on time. Using of my time-management skill, I able to deliver the projects on time, it will be advantageous for team collaboration.

In addition working on consulting project in a team, I acquire collaboration skill. During the project, I experience that for succession of the project, it is important to work in the collaboration. While preparing the consulting project I have to collaborate with my team members to ensure that project complete on time while attaining the motive of the project. I will use the skill for future collaboration, where I ensure that all team member’s works on a same page and collaborate with each other to attain the goal in proficient manner.

Working on the project I effectively able to enhance my decision-making skill. Due to unclear communication, some of team members not understand their part of work, as a result it affect consulting project productivity and make difficult to complete project on time. At that time, I use my decision-making skill and start assigning roles and responsibility to each team members according to their skills and abilities, the decision taken by me aids in completion of project of time while attaining the goal of project in efficient manner (Abad Robles et al, 2020).

Apart from this, during the project I gain skill of data-analysis, during the project to provide a solution for the LSST to solve business issue, I have to evaluate their business data. For this purpose I use online tutorials to learn data- analysis, this leads to provide me good knowledge of using data analysis. In future, the skill aids me to furnish deeper insights regarding forecasting trends and taking corrective actions. In addition, from the consulting project, I learn problem-solving skill. It is ability of recognizing problems, brainstorming and evaluating answers and implementing best solutions (Gunawan, 2023). During the project, with the help of researching, I provide better solutions for LSST to implement. In addition, during the project, a problem occurred regarding searching accurate content related to the LSST but due to paid sites, unable to take appropriate content. At that time, I use my problem-solving skill and search for copyright or official sites of LSST to get a required and accurate content about the organization. Thus, the project effectively enhances my problem-solving skill. The skill beneficial for me I future career as it helps me to use unique solution for a concerned problem.

On the other hand, during the consulting project, I experience that I usually distracts from the task as well as forget to cover important topics. This is an alarm for me to work on my attention to detail skill. Further I analyzed that it is essential for me to focus on improving my creative thinking skill. It is an ability to come up with original and unique solutions. During the project, due to the lack I am not able to generate better solutions for the LSST problem within the consulting project. Thus, it is important for me to taking corrective actions. Apart from this, during the project I identified that I need to enhance my technical skill as throughout the project I find difficulty in using technical tools which makes my work more laborious, tough and burdensome.

Amidst working on the project a conflict occurred within the team members as all have different opinion, understanding. In addition, all team members working time is also different as a result creates confusion and conflicts. To handle the conflicts within the team, I prioritize transparent, open and respectful communication. As a responsible member, I use two-way communication and encourage team-members to express their own concerns and perspective openly, ensuring that everyone feels heard and valued (Gibbs Reflective Cycle, 2024). First I listen to each and every team members actively and then tries to communicate it to all team members, so that everyone can solve their conflicts. During the conflict, I ensured to address it promptly so that no harmful impact happened to project results. In addition, I ensure that my done remain calm and non-threatening so that no one feel it as order. From this experience, I learn that effective communication is important for better team-working and collaboration. In future, while working in team I uncertain that open communication emphasized to minimize chances of misunderstandings.

Task 2
