- Description: During class, I as a part of my group collaborated with my colleagues in a Google Docs file (Dews et al. 2025). We all came up with input for it, revised it together, and completed the task on the online platform.
- Feelings: It made me a little uncomfortable and uneasy because I was tentative about how to go from working independently online.
- Evaluation: I gained the understanding of how to post input on the document and I was able to learn more about the editing tools on google docs.
- Analysis: It assisted me in realizing how information sharing among working in groups can be carried out despite our physical location.
- Conclusion: This lesson helps me to increase my confidence working on documents online.
- Action Plan: When it comes to improvement, the next time round, I should ensure I have more practice in operation of Google Docs in order to be in a better position to be of assistance in group projects.

Moodle Discussion Forum |
- Description: In this course, I registered to post in an online discussion forum in Moodle (AlAfnan et al. 2023). I shared my ideas and gave an answer to other students’ opinions as well.
- Feelings: I had somewhat of apprehension in knowing how to initiate the discussion but became much more at ease after the initiation of the posting.
- Evaluation: This way, I found it difficult to reply to everyone for developmental purposes of the discussion: Yet, I was able to communicate my ideas effectively.
- Analysis: This showed me that online discussions require much thinking, and I ought to interact with the others more.
- Conclusion: So, my problem in these forums is that I give short responses on the questions that have been asked and I should expand more on my answers.
- Action Plan: A refinement of this plan for the future decision making involves ensuring that I read all the posts and then run through them before answering them on the particular discussion board.

WordPress (Blog Post) |
- Description: This was my first attempt at creating a blog on the WordPress for the class. The article was concerned with a topic of business.
- Feelings: I was full of anticipation because it was the first exposure of the course as well as containing a hint of trepidation since I was not too sure of the style of writing for the blogging context (Babapour et al. 2021).
- Evaluation: The evaluation of the blog was made easier as I was able to understand the need to organize my thoughts and share them effectively.
- Analysis: I noticed that writing blogs needs creativity and at the same time structure. Other students’ posts were informative in providing ideas that one may not have considered.
- Conclusion: Overall I concluded that I am able to write blog posts as a work task, but much of the creative input and idea generating should be comprised by a professional content writer.
- Action Plan: Next time, it will be more constructive include more images and enhance its attractiveness for the readers.

Zoom |
- Description: In detail, I participated in a Zoom class where the class watched presentation and later discussed it.
- Feelings: I am familiar with the tool called Zoom, it is a tool that I have used, but this was the first time I took a class through this platform.
- Evaluation: Reflecting on the class, I was able to master how the chat can be used to pass my opinions during the class. To begin with, I had my reservations on the use of the camera; however, I ventured into using it.
- Analysis: Education review: With the help of Zoom-instruction customers get more interested in the lesson as the process becomes as interactive as possible. I know that good speaking practice is necessary during these sessions.
- Conclusion: All in all, I would like to express that I am more confident using Zoom for the future online classes.
- Action Plan: Next time, I should join Zoom meeting prior to the class to familiarize myself with speaking during the class.

SUMMARY
For developing my digital skills I will set 3 SMART targets, in this section. These targets will provide help to me to focus on areas, where improvement can be done by me, and progress can be tracked by me (Livingstone et al. 2023). Focus is needed to be presented by me on Digital Research, Digital Wellbeing, and Data Literacy.

For my screen time management, I will reduce the amount of time to be spent on my phone by performing activities offline (Inamorato et al, 2023).. I am going to download and install an application which will record the daily time I spend with my phone and tighten my usage of social networks to two hours per day only.

Research based on the Web
SMART Target
To enhance the Research based on Web process, I will apply knowledge on the use of Google Scholar and other academic oriented website search engines for the purpose of getting information related to my tasks (Barboutidis and Stiakakis, 2023). I will dedicate not less than 1 hour every week in searching for these articles/ resources and will ensure that I source 3 articles or resource every week.
