In addition, I able to learn about that businesses from several industry currently focus on the decline social issue such as inequality, unemployment, poverty, education and data privacy with the help of providing equal growth opportunity to male, women, sponsoring scholarship and so more.

In addition, referring to the Gibbs reflective model, I identified my strength of planning, writing and researching skill. From the module, I recognize that my writing skill quite effective. It is an ability of to write effectively as well as succinctly. The skill helps me to write in a structured manner while avoiding repetition of words. I followed the structure of introduction, main body and conclusion. Apart from this, with the help of module, I recognize that note- taking is one of my strength.
