My success criteria for this goal are that I will understand the emotions of patients and can handle difficult situations.

I would need 4 months to improve this skill

I will be able to understand the feelings of others, as in the healthcare industry it is important to understand the people with emotions.

Communication skills

To deal with complex situations and maintain relations with people communication is essential. I have to increase my capabilities to listen to the perspective of others. I participate in the activities to enhance my communication skills.

It will help me to communicate effectively with the team members and I will be able to manage difficult situations.

To improve this skill set, it would take 3 months to improve.

It will help me to increase my self-confidence. I can maintain relations with the people while interacting with them. It will help me to create a better environment as a team leader.

Stress Management

This skill is important to improve as a healthcare student. I have to avoid conflicts and stay organized with my work. 

To achieve this goal, I need to learn time management skills. In the health care industry, there is lot of pressure so, an individual has to know to handle stress management.

It will take 5 months to improve this skill (Alanazi 2022).

I will be able to manage things properly while handling conflicts and complex problems.
