I have planned the things that I want to achieve for my future career goals, As I am a student of health and social science, I want to gain knowledge in the same field. I see my future in the health industry. While understanding the knowledge, skills, and cabilities. I have identified some strengths and weaknesses that I need to improve my future career actions (Jain 2020). I have analyzed that I am good at communication skills but I need to improve it more to increase my self-confidence with the customers and solve their problems and injuries. I have analyzed that team management is important for the health industry to manage people effectively. I have found myself solving the problems of my colleagues because of patient behavior. I have planned the activities that I want to improve and achieve for my future career goals. For the same, I have developed an action plan which is as follows:

Communication skills	To deal with complex situations and maintain relations with people communication is essential. I have to increase my capabilities to listen to the perspective of others. I participate in the activities to enhance my communication skills.	It will help me to communicate effectively with the team members and I will be able to manage difficult situations.	To improve this skill set, it would take 3 months to improve.	It will help me to increase my self-confidence. I can maintain relations with the people while interacting with them. It will help me to create a better environment as a team leader.
Stress Management	This skill is important to improve as a healthcare student. I have to avoid conflicts and stay organized with my work.	To achieve this goal, I need to learn time management skills. In the health care industry, there is lot of pressure so, an individual has to know to handle stress management.	It will take 5 months to improve this skill (Alanazi 2022).	I will be able to manage things properly while handling conflicts and complex problems.

It concludes that it is essential to build all the skills that I have mentioned in my action plan, as I want to be a part of the healthcare industry. I have identified that communication skills, empathy, and stress management play a significant role in the healthcare sector. When I would improve these skills, I can understand the perspective of the team members while solving their conflicts and complex problems in an organization.
