Thus, this has provided a list of various skill which are necessary to be possessed by the healthcare professionals and people working within the industry. Goal setting to attain the required skill
With the skill framework of the NHS, it is analysed that there is need of improving many different types of the skills so that the performance can be done in better and more effective way. For working with more efficiency there is high requirement that I need to work on my skills and capabilities so that I can work efficiently. This is necessary for the reason that when the effective type of learning and development will be done well then it will be improving the efficiency of the people well. The current goal is to improve the knowledge relating to the data security and conflict resolution. These are the two major aspect relating to working in the health and social care industry. Thus, when I will be improving these skills then it will be enhancing the overall efficiency in managing the working capability well. When these new skills will be adapted well then the competitiveness of working will be improved and ultimately the efficiency will be improved.
Producing the skill audit and reflecting on strength and area of improvement

Thus, this counts for the multidisciplinary team and for working well within the healthcare industry it is necessary that the effective type of the approach is followed for the multidisciplinary team. In case the MDT is not followed well then it will be affecting the efficiency to a great extent. Moreover, to work with more efficiency, it is necessary that the proper compliance with the approaches and principles for MDT is followed well. For once, the coordination among the MDT is effective then it will be improving the working capability of the whole team and also the working of healthcare setting will be improved (Tovani-Palone, Bistagnino and Shah, 2024). In case the MDT will not be followed then it will be affecting the efficiency and ultimately the overall capability will be hampered and the objectives will not be attained well. Also, when the MDT will be followed then it will be improving my efficiency in improving the coordination within the care and ultimately the patient outcome will be improved. Thus, for this, I also need to learn a little more for the improvement in the skills and strategies to handle the MDT and ensure the success of the healthcare setting.

Lastly it is concluded that at the time of applying to any job or employability, it is necessary that the effective type of the CV and cover letter is prepared. It is because of the reason that when the effective type of the documents will be prepared then it will be attracting the recruiter and they will select the same. The above discussion highlighted that there are different types of the skills which NHS provided to be present in the healthcare professionals.
