My ability is concern with the high task as well as high relation. I also provide them with a positive work environment where everyone feel valued and respected as opinion of each member considered, it results in strengthen the bond within the team members also as all have equal opportunities (Cruz, 2021). Another skill is relationship building, it is an ability of building as well as maintaining good connections with others while increasing rapport, trust and understanding. The relationship building skill demonstrates my efficient abilities in terms of active listening, better collaboration, effective communication, conflict resolution, empathy, emotional intelligence and so more. With the help of Johari Window model, I able to gain in-depth insight about my inter-personal relationship (Gómez-Leal et al, 2022). The action of training helps me to learn hand on experience and way to implement change. I learn the skill in 12 months and with passes of the time. Using the skill, I will able to solve organizational problem in a creative and innovative manner.
