Summary of self-assessment findings
With the help of self-assessment activity I have found out some strengths and weaknesses that I do not know before about it. I have analyzed that in the corporate world I always demonstrate consistency and professionalism to build trust. I have identified that when my friends and colleagues require my help I always helped them in their decision making process. I have found out one more strength that I deal with the situations very calmly & patiently. Also, I am always ready to help the people if they are facing troubles in the organization to complete the work. I have found some weaknesses also. I have analyzed that I need to improve my emotional ability and empathy so, it will help me to understand the perspective of others easily.
