Volunteering in health also involves ensuing the safety through the cleanliness on which I can work effectively. Resilience can help me in viewing the difficult situations with the positive approach and seek the solutions for the same in the health care. The hard skills presented in me are the medical terminology, typing speed and basic computer and digital knowledge. As my studies are normally based on the online mode due to which I tend to possess fast typing speed and basic computer and digital knowledge. I also have familiarity with the basic medical terminology due to my interest in this field led me to acquire as much information as possible.

However, as compare to the above discussion regarding the need of the capabilities and attributes, the results of the assessment has shown the mismatch in the abilities presented in me and required in this career. I found that there is the lack of the communication, leadership, stress management and problem solving. I also found that there is absence of the analytical knowledge that may help me in the operations asked to do. These chosen five capabilities which are crucial to develop for the successful profession in volunteering in health are as follows:

• Communication can impact the transfer of information in the working and it may impact the desired outcomes in the future (Wager et al, 2021). This will be improved by working in a team, practicing the active listening and reading blogs for the same.
• Leadership is another capability which is needed to lead the group of people as the nature of the job usually requires to cooperation and collaboration. I will achieve this by taking the lead in the group projects and reading books about the different leadership tactics and its implementation.
• Stress management is necessary to manage the stress and deal with the difficult situations with calmness. Due to the absence of this ability, I can have issues in completing my job and it will impact my future performance. This will be optimised in me by joining the online webinars, registering for the mindfulness session and working on the physical activities by joining the sports club.
• Problem solving is another capability that is needed to fulfil the role in a desired manner (Wafa'a et al, 2024). This assessment was very beneficial for me as it gave me opportunity to gather information and learn about my career path in the volunteering in the health. This was valuable experience which led me identify the current skills possessed by me and those which are required in the future profession. During this assessment, I have acquired additional employability skills that are time management, planning and attention to detail. Time management is essential capability that an individual need to manage the work in an effective manner (Matusiewicz and Werner, 2022). I realised the importance of this skill at the time of working on the assessment. It made me know the importance of having this ability for better work in the future as well. Through this acquired capability I will be able to handle the complex tasks involves in the health sector with more efficiency.

Time management reflects the person ability to manage the work and complete the required work on time. There are multiple tasks required to do in the health related work and this quality is essential in any worker (Dal Mas et al, 2023). My organisational skills led me to develop this capability in the first attempt. While working on this assessment, I also enhanced the planning skills which is also crucial for carrying the day-to-day tasks. During this experience, I got to identify and make in effect the use of this quality where it led in better decision making on several tasks. It helped in attaining the objectives set by me during this experience which was beneficial in timely completion. Attention to detail is another capability that is focused on paying attention to each and every aspect of the working.

During this assessment, I got to learn the attention to detail capability where I closely paid attention to every step and tasks involves in the working of this assessment. It is considered to be essential skill that a health worker requires for the performance of the job role. This is needed in many cases such as while checking the patient and not to miss any critical symptoms of illness it may be shown by the person.
