While collecting secondary data, researcher will be concentrate over accurately citing all the information which provides evidence regarding the collected information. Further, research is aiming at effectively aligning with legal, ethical and professional framework and standard which contributes in managing integrity. The primary data will be collected through survey method which based on the closed ended questions that assist in collecting the most relevant information. Further, for collecting authentic data researcher will lay focus on critically evaluating the purpose, scope, timeliness, currency and reliability of the past studies which aids in gathering the accurate information. This reduces the scope of data fabrication as survey method provides original and topic specific information which helps in maintaining transparency (Suri, 2020). This study will help in creating awareness regarding the various measures that should be initiated by the retail organization for managing the employee’s satisfaction. This study will significantly contribute to the employee’s welfare by offering an adequate facilities which aids in boosting the organization’s productivity. Further, it will also enhance employment opportunity in UK as organization is able to offer more hybrid opportunity after identifying measures to manage the worker’s performance. The current study support in reducing scope of unemployment as manager would be able to effectively manage employees’ performance via hybrid working method which in turn leads higher retention rate.

Minimizing harm and maximizing benefits

There are various risks associated with the concerned study which includes issues in maintaining the privacy of participant’s responses and firm’s information.
