1.1 Evaluate different leadership styles

Leadership style refers to an ability of leaders to lead and motivate the team. There are different kinds of leadership styles such as autocratic, democratic, situational, transformational, transactional and so more.

  • Autocratic style: It is a leadership style where all controls remain in the hand of the leader in regards to making decisions, no input of employees considered. OSCAR model or technique: Another technique use by the coach to enhance performance is OSKAR model. According to this, coach help the coachee to set SMART goals by provide direction to attain best outcome. For instance increasing communication skill by 10% in next 6 month.
