At last during 2023 in people team department 40% turnover while finance and marketing department no turnover seen.
In addition, the overall total leaving rate for the entire company in the year 2020 was 34% which was decrease in 2021 and the percentage was 18%. During year 2022 leaving rate was 22% that decline to 14% in 2023.
