Moreover, I realise that some time I face challenges with the delegation. I proceeded within my studies, start to participate within the scenarios of real word HR. The leadership skills are majorly focal aspect within my final year development. My skills related to strategically problem solving and communication ability will be important in HR role within the consultancy and corporate setting.
