The amount of overtime rate is the rate which is given to the resource on the basis of their total time working on the overtime basis (Stanitsaset al. 2021). Similarly, the maximum rate is allocated to the application manager and the minimum rate is given to the programmer and network engineer. The overtime rate of the application manager is highest and the programmer has the lowest overtime rate.

In order to match the workforce and the number of employees, the time duration of the entire project is extended.
