The management and control in the different aspects and working curriculum of a project is known as the project management. Project management involves the managing of different operations, financial performance and legal activities for completing the project in the most appropriate way. The management of stakeholders of the project and also the estimating of the outcome of the project is also part of the management of the project. A project always needs to be managed in different stages in order to avoid conflicts and clashes of its working regime.

According to the given assignment, it is required to evaluate a project in MS project software. By the help of MS software, the different curriculums of the operations and financial activities are to be performed in it with appropriate measurements and methods. The maintenance of the fixed cost and other costs are required to complete the project in this assignment. At the end, the key factors and detailed information are summarized in the conclusion part of the assignment.

Part A

(i)The different resources are educated on the basis of the different job roles of the project. The maximum unit is the measurement of total working capability of the resources. The standard rate is the amount which is needed to pay to the resources for a single hour of working. The amount of overtime rate is the rate which is given to the resource on the basis of their total time working on the overtime basis (Stanitsaset al. 2021). There are a total of 10 different resources in which the range of the maximum units starts from 100 and ends at 700. Similarly, the maximum rate is allocated to the application manager and the minimum rate is given to the programmer and network engineer. The overtime rate of the application manager is highest and the programmer has the lowest overtime rate.

According to the above Gantt chart of the project, it has to define the total time duration taken in order to complete the entire project. The project starts on the 11th of April and ends on 10th of June of the year 2022. The entire project takes two months of time to complete it effectively with appropriate measures and methods(Chawlaet al. 2018). There are a total of six different tasks to do in the project which is represented by the help of MS project for the Gantt chart.

(ii)According to the above work duration chart of the project, it has to define the total time duration taken in order to complete the entire project. The project starts on the 11th of April and ends on 10th of June of the year 2022. The entire project takes two months of time to complete it effectively with appropriate measures and methods(Picciottoet al. 2020). There are a total of six different tasks to do in the project which is represented by the help of MS project for the Gantt chart.

Part B

Part C

The new calendar of the project starts on the same date 11th of April. The total time duration of the project is extended for more than 15 days. Before the modification in the calendar of the project it was of two months but after the modification it became 2.5 month. The new calendar of the project ends on 10th of June. The different stages of the project are extended with two days extra due to the work force and the total number of the working employees and workers in the project(Chenet al. 2019). In order to match the workforce and the number of employees, the time duration of the entire project is extended.

According to the above figure, it is the appropriate evidence of the extended time duration of the entire project.

Part D

The concept of tracking directly refers to the process of monetary and rechecking. It is important to observe every stage with appropriate measures and the outcome. The tracking of the project is necessary for understanding the key factors which are changing and also don't understand the impact of the changes on the total time duration of the project(Ikaet al. 2020). The abstraction of tracking plays an important role for understanding the changes and the total time duration difference of the project.

According to the above diagram, it is showing the difference in 3 to 7 stages of the project. The total working hours will be 116 and the time duration of the entire project is also extended due to the significant issues in townships in the project. In order to complete the project in the given time, the total working employees and workers in the project have increased their working period on the project. Therefore, the time duration of the project is excited due to completing the project with the total number of the current working employees in the project.

Conclusion

Here it is concluded from the above section of the assignment that the management of stakeholders of the project and also the estimating of the outcome of the project is also part of the management of the project.
